Aurien is committed to the safety and protection of children. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) of any kind on our platform. We actively work to prevent, detect, and respond to any such content or behavior.
Aurien is strictly for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly allow minors to create accounts or access our platform. If we discover that a user is under 18, their account will be immediately terminated and their data deleted.
The following are strictly prohibited on Aurien and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to authorities:
• Any content depicting, promoting, or facilitating child sexual abuse or exploitation
• Any content sexualizing minors in any form
• Grooming or solicitation of minors
• Sharing, distributing, or requesting child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Any attempt to use the platform to contact or exploit minors
Aurien takes the following measures to prevent CSAE on our platform:
• An 18+ attestation at application and a hand review of every application before it is approved (we do not check identity documents)
• User reporting tools for flagging inappropriate content or behavior
• Review of every report by the founder, who is notified the moment one is filed
• Immediate removal of any violating content
• Permanent banning of users who violate child safety policies
Users can report child safety concerns directly within the app. All reports are reviewed promptly. If you encounter any content or behavior on Aurien that involves the exploitation of children, please report it immediately:
• In-app: Use the report feature on any content or profile
• Email: support@aurien.biz
Aurien cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies investigating CSAE. We report all identified instances of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline, and to relevant regional and national authorities as required by law.
Aurien is a small team. Reports are handled by the founder, who knows the escalation steps: remove the content, ban the account, preserve the evidence and report to NCMEC and law enforcement.
For questions about our child safety practices or to report concerns, contact us at support@aurien.biz.
